Sammy's Authentic Italian Restaurant Text Message Terms
Effective August 24, 2026.
The program. Sammy's Authentic Italian Restaurant sends recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (for example: offers, event news, review invitations, booking replies, and replies when you call us and we miss it) to people who opt in. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
How you joined. You opted in on our signup form or in person, and confirmed by replying YES from your own phone. If you got a text from us without doing that, text STOP and it ends, and we would genuinely like to know at [email protected].
Frequency and rates. About two to four messages a month. Message and data rates may apply; your carrier's plan governs what a text costs you.
Stopping and help. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will get one final message confirming you are out, and nothing after it. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (717) 221-0192 or [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Our Privacy Policy at https://join.sammysitalianrestaurant.com/privacy/ covers how your information is handled. We never sell your number, and our service provider (Regulars Marketing LLC) processes it only to run this program for us.
