What we collect. When you join our list, book with us, or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, and things like a party size, a date, or an occasion you tell us about. When you visit with us, our point of sale records your order the way every restaurant's does.
What we use it for. To confirm and manage your bookings and orders. To send you the texts and emails you signed up for: offers, news, and review invitations, around two to four messages a month. To answer you when you call or text us. To remember your preferences so your next visit is better. That is the list; there is no hidden use.
Texting, specifically. You only get marketing texts if you opted in and confirmed by replying YES. Message frequency is about two to four a month. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP any time to stop; text HELP for help. Stopping texts never affects your ability to dine with us.
Who else touches it. Regulars Marketing LLC runs our marketing systems as our service provider, under instructions from us, and never sells or rents your information. The platforms that carry our messages (our texting and email providers) process it to deliver them. Nobody else, and never a sale of your data to anyone.
How long we keep it. As long as you are on our list or a customer, and then as long as the law asks for business records. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless a law requires us to keep a specific record.
Your choices. Unsubscribe links live in every email. STOP lives in every text program. For anything else, including a copy or deletion of what we hold, contact us at [email protected] or (717) 221-0192 and a person will handle it.
Changes. If this policy changes, the date above changes with it, and material changes get announced to the list before they take effect.
